After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. She requests that the trial of the Applicant be expedited, considering the fact that the Applicant has been in custody for more than two and half years. Learned APP on the instructions of Mr.Dhebe, PSI, Antop Hill Police Station, Mumbai, who is present in Court states that charge is framed and the matter is posted on 28.06.2016 for considering the list of

REVN 607-15.doc documents submitted by the prosecution under Section 294 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. She states that the trial is likely to commence soon thereafter. Considering the aforesaid that charge is framed, the trial of the Applicant is expedited.
