The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant in Application No.1001 of 2016 points out that a photocopy of the original affidavit of the second Respondent filed in Criminal Application No.1001 of 2016 has been annexed to this Application and Megha 1/2

Megha 58_appp_1060_2016.doc the said photocopy does not show that it is a certified copy of the original affidavit. His case is that the copy is unauthorisedly obtained. He, therefore, submits that an enquiry be called for on this aspect. 3.

Accordingly, we direct the Registrar (Judicial-I) to hold an enquiry to ascertain as to how the Applicant in this Application has annexed a photocopy of original affidavit on record of Criminal Application No.1001 of 2016 as it does not appear to be a certified copy issued by the registry.

The report shall be submitted by the Registrar (Judicial-I) within a period of one month from today.

For considering the report, the disposed of Application shall be placed on 6th April, 2017.
