It is an undisputed position that the application filed by the Petitioner for parole on account of marriage of his son, is pending before the DIG Prisons, Aurangabad, Central Area. The Learned Addl PP Mr. Kamkhedkar assures the court that the said application would be decided latest by 5.00 p.m. today. Statement accepted. In view of the said statement there is now no warrant to keep the above Writ Petition pending, the same to accordingly stand disposed of.

The Learned Addl PP to immediately communicate the instant order to the DIG Prisons, Aurangabad, Central Area, who would forthwith act upon it.
