The civil application No.134 of 2016 is moved for restoration of the First Appeal (stamp) No.1856 of 2015 alongwith Civil Application (stamp) No.1858 of 2015 for stay. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the appeal and the application were dismissed for want of removal of office objections and due to inadvertence, there was no compliance. 2.

In view of these submissions, the order of dismissal is set aside. The delay, if any, is condoned. First Appeal and the Civil Application for stay are restored to their original file.
