After this Court expressed its disinclination to grant relief in writ jurisdiction, the petitioner has instructed Mr.Pitre, his advocate, to seek leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the School Tribunal, Pune by way of an Appeal. By taking the copy of the written instructions issued to Mr.Pitre on record, we dispose of the Writ Petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 2.
