Mr. Upadhyay states that against the impugned order dated 9th October, 2018 under sections 33 and 38 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 (for short 'Slum Act') the petitioners have filed appeal along with application for interim relief before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee (for short 'Committee'). 3.

It is reported that the Committee is meeting on 7th December, 2018. In view thereof, the petitioners will move the Committee for ad-interim

19-wp-13051-2018.odt relief on 7th December, 2018. Till that date, no coercive steps shall be taken in pursuance of the impugned order. If for any reason, the Committee is not in a position to take up the application for interim relief on 7th December, 2018, it will fix suitable date and pass appropriate order protecting the structure of the petitioners. It is made clear this limited protection shall not be construed as expression of merits either way. All contention of the parties are expressly kept open. Subject to this, Petition is disposed of. 4.

All the parties including the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee to act upon the authenticated copy of this order. Order accordingly. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
