Petitioners with their Advocate and respondent No.2 complainant with her Advocate are jointly requesting for quashing of proceeding commenced after FIR under Section 498A read with 34 of the I.P.C.

Respondent No.2 has today tendered an affidavit giving no objection and orally again reiterated the same. 3.

Petition No. A-199/2015 has been filed in Family Court and there consent terms were filed on 10.4.2018. After consent terms, the said proceeding for divorce has been concerted into proceeding for grant of - Page-1/2

In view of this development and joint request we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
