The total amount deposited, including the NFL amount, is Rs.5,30,162/-. The parties' disputes have been settled. The insurance company is in Appeal. It is agreed that the insurance company, Appellant, will be entitled to a return of Rs.50,000/- with accrued interest. The security deposit of Rs.25,000/- will be adjusted against the Appellant's refund of Rs.50,000/-. 2.

The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal ("MACT") will permit withdrawal by the original Claimants of the remaining 26th July 2017

Mr Prashant Yadav, Administrative Officer of insurance company is present in Court. Respondent No.3 is also present. Respondent No.3 and Respondent No.2 were minors at the time of accident. Both have attained majority. This is noted. 4.

The Appeal is disposed of in these terms.
