On instructions, learned APP submits except the statement of the co-accused, there is no other evidence against the applicant. It is submitted that the applicant was receiving

In view of the submissions made by the learned APP, in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.II - 25/2017 registered with Kasarwad Police Station, applicant shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount. 5.

Applicant shall report to the concerned Investigating Officer, on 16th, 23 rd, December, 2019 between 11 a.m. to 01 p.m. and thereafter on 07th, 14 th January, 2020.

The applicant shall furnish particulars his residential address as well as permanent address and mobile contact number to the investigating officer forthwith.
