Heard learned counsel for applicant. Since the Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is in custody since 4th November 2015 and there is no progress in trial. Hence trial may be expedited. 2.

In view of the submission, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. Trial is expedited.
