Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent:

(i) Marriage Petition No. A-284 of 2016 filed by the Respondenthusband and pending before the Family Court at Thane, shall be converted into a Petition seeking divorce by mutual consent. (ii) The Respondent shall pay an amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lacs only), to the Applicant by way of a demand draft in favour of Sonika Santosh Kulkarni on 22nd August, 2017, simultaneously with the Family Court at Thane passing a decree of divorce by mutual consent. (ii) On 22nd August, 2017, the parties shall appear before the Principal

KPPNair -2Judge, Family Court, Thane at 11.00 a.m. when they will be allowed to convert the divorce petition into a Petition by mutual consent and divorce shall be granted forthwith.

(iii) The Applicant has collected her belongings which were in the possession of the Respondent and which were stored/kept at the matrimonial home of the Applicant.

(iv) The parties withdraw all the allegations made against each other and/or their family members in the pending proceedings, correspondence and complaints.

(v) Save and except what is recorded/directed hereinabove, the parties shall have no claim of any nature against each other. The above Application is accordingly disposed off with liberty to apply.
