After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file application for urgent hearing of the matter before the Charity Commissioner.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Petition is disposed of. 3.
We have granted this liberty in view of the order dated 12th January, 2017 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner - 1 on Exh-45 in Application No. 287 of 2016 filed under Section 41 E of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950.

Needless to say that the competent authority shall take Vishal Parekar 1/2
