Learned APP on instruction submits that the investigation is in progress and the chargesheet would be filed within a period of around 20 days. In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer an application for bail before the Sessions Court after filing of chargesheet. In view of this submission, application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer application for bail before the Sessions Court after filing of the chargesheet.

In the event, the applicant prefer such application for bail, the same shall be decided by the Sessions Court in accordance with law and without being influenced by the earlier rejection order and withdrawal of this application.
