We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The prayer is for the quashing of the FIR in C.R. No. 251 of 2018 punishable u/s. 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral TrafÏc (Prevention) Act. 3.

We have perused the FIR dated 13/10/2018 which was lodged subsequent to the raid being carried out by the Police OfÏcer. The FIR discloses cognizable offence.

In view of above, no indulgence is called for at this stage. 5.

By this time, the Petitioner must be charge-sheeted. 6.

As such, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Petition with liberty to question the charge-sheet or may apply for discharge. 7.
