Although this petition was mentioned for extension of ad-interim relief, considering the limited issue involved, the parties submitted that the petition can be disposed of finally in terms of the interim order.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 05th December 2019, passed by the respondent No.2 thereby refusing to extend the ad-interim relief granted by the Appellate Authority, on 26th N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

503-p-wp-12836-2019 November 2019 in Appeal No.616 of 2019. The record discloses that this Court on 13th December 2019 had granted an ad-interim relief directing that the structure of the petitioner shall not be demolished. In my considered view the same relief can continue during the pendency of the Appeal No.616 of 2019 before the respondent No.2 Grievance Redressal Committee. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the appeal No.616 of 2019 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of appearance of the parties.

The ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 13th December 2019 shall continue during the pendency of the Appeal. In the circumstances there shall be no order as to costs. 5.

The parties to appear before the respondent No.2 on 06th February 2020.
