All contentions including the contention that the order dated 3rd March, 2015 passed by this Court in the case of "Lilabai Talekar vs. C.E.O., Z.P., Pune" in Writ Petition No. 5779 of 2014 has not been appropriately construed, are kept open. 4.

With the aforesaid direction and observation, all the Contempt Petitions stand disposed of.
