This is an application by a wife for transfer of Criminal Application bearing No.518 of 2018, moved by respondent no.2 under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for reduction of maintenance amount, from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, 4th Court, Panvel, District Raigad, to Court Room No.3, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

7-APPLN-630-2018.doc The learned counsel appearing for the applicant/wife as well as the respondent no.2/husband are unanimous in stating that as Recovery Applications between the parties are pending in the Court No.3 of Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, the instant application may also be transferred to the said court. Considering the fact that other Recovery proceedings initiated by the applicant/wife are pending in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, Criminal Application bearing No.518 of 2018 filed by the respondent no.2/husband against the applicant/wife is directed to be transferred to Court No.3 of Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, where other Recovery proceedings are pending.
