Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that, the impugned order in the present Writ Petition is order dated 11th November, 2019 passed by the learned Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court at Mumbai in Application below Exhibit 8 in Appeal No.39 of 2019. She states that, the said Appeal itself has been decided and, therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
