By order dated 17th March, 2022 it was recorded that the appellant was in custody for substantial period of time and there is possibility that he must have undergone the sentence and released from prison. Learned APP was requested to take instructions in that regard. Learned APP has tendered report dated 18th March, 2022 submitted by the Superintendent Nashik road Central Prison, Nashik, wherein it is mentioned that the appellant has undergone sentence and after taking the benefit of remission he has been released from prison on 2nd January, 2021. The report is taken on record.
