It is submitted that the Managing Director of the Applicant-Company Mr. Babulal S. Bajaria is 95 years old and therefore it is necessary to hear the matter on merits as soon as possible. Perusal of copy of his Aadhar card, produced today before the Court, shows his age as claimed.
