Learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company submits that he has deposited entire decretal amount with accrued interest before the M.A.C.T. Palghar in M.A.C.P. No. 34 of 2011. He requested to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T. Palghar in M.A.C.P. No. 34 of 2011.

In view of submission in regard to deposit of entire decretal amount, there is no impediment to grant stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T. Palghar in M.A.C.P. No. 34 of 2011.
