Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant (original respondent No.1 in Criminal Application No.806 of 2017), seeks expeditious hearing of his Application, being Criminal Application No.806 of 2017. 3.
Perused the papers. This Court (Coram:Prakash D. Naik,J.)
2/2 6-app.1125.2017 vide order dated 11th August, 2017, passed in Criminal Application No.806 of 2017, was pleased to pass the following order:- "(i) Rule.
(ii) There shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) (ii) Liberty to apply for early hearing.
(iii) At this stage learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that this order may be stayed for a period of four weeks. Such a prayer cannot be accepted. The same is rejected." 4.
For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and hearing of Criminal Application No.806 of 2017, is expedited. 5.
Registry to add Criminal Application No.806 of 2017, to the Final Hearing Board, at its appropriate place, in the week commencing from 5th March, 2018.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
