By this Civil Application, the Applicant - Defendant No.2 seeks condonation of 21 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 21.09.2013 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court at Mumbai in S.C.Suit No.9318/1995 holding that the Respondent Plaintiff is entitled to recovery sum of Rs.3,92,552/- with interest @ 10% p.a.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.
