This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1-Madhukar Sitaram Navalkal (since deceased) on record. Respondent No.1 died on 9th October, 2017 and the application is filed on 5th December, 2017 which is in time.

Mr. Shaikh states that he has instructions to accept and waive service on behalf of respondents No.1(A) to 1(C). He further submits that appearance is already filed on their behalf.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out in the main C.R.A within 14 days from today.
