In compliance of the order dated 24th August, 2023, Mr. Ajinkya Udane, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2/ complainant has placed on record an affidavit dated 24th August, 2023, wherein respondent has consented for quashing. It is stated that by the respondent/complainant that she is married and she wanted to have smooth married life. It is also stated that in the moment of anger she has lodged complaint and she no intention to proceed ahead with the very allegations made in the FIR. 2.

As such, in view of reasons recorded in the order dated BGP.

24th August, 2023 and the aforesaid affidavit which is confirmed to have been filed by the respondent/complainant as is verified and confirmed by learned APP from the respondent/complainant, who is present in the Court, we deem it appropriate to allow the petition in terms of prayer clause (a).
