Heard learned counsel for the Applicants on the Civil Application.

Through these Civil Applications the Applicants/ Original Petitioners have submitted that even after the stay order Vishal Parekar 1/2

6-caw-3146-2016.doc passed by this Court on 24th November, 2016 staying the operation of the order dated 30th July, 2016 which was impugned in the Writ Petitions, the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are not releasing the salary of the Applicants though the Applicants are in service and are working.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of the Civil Applications by directing Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to release the Applicants' unpaid salary which according to the Applicants is due from the month of July, 2016 and continue to release the same till the Writ Petitions are finally decided.
