Time is sought on behalf of the Applicants. Even on 11 th July, 2016 none appeared for the Applicants. The first prayer is for fixing a pre-emptory date of hearing of Criminal Application of the year 2013. Very old Criminal Applications from the year 2004 onwards are pending for final hearing. Therefore, priority cannot be given as of today to the application of the year 2013. As far as the prayer for modification of the interim order dated 22 nd October, 2013 is concerned, the Applicant was heard before passing the interim order.
