The Eduction Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur is present in Court. He has submitted a list of Surplus Teachers and has confirmed that the name of the Applicant / original Respondent No. 2 is included in the list of Surplus Teachers (Sub-judice matters). The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner on instructions states that in view thereof the Petitioner has no objection to offer employment to the Applicant / original Respondent No. 2. The statement is accepted.

The Applicant / original Respondent No. 2 shall approach the Head Master of the Petitioner and the Head Master shall thereafter ensure that he is taken in the employment of the School run by the Petitioner Mandal. The Head Master shall submit a proposal to the Education Officer to make payments to the Applicant / original Respondent No. 2 on and from 22nd September, 2014, which proposal the Education Officer shall consider and dispose off within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal. In view thereof, the above Civil Applications are disposed off.
