By this application, moved on 23 December 2013, the applicants seek substitution in place of the deceased petitioner. 2] There is no reason to disallow this application. Accordingly, the same is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The necessary amendment to the cause title to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
