Mr. Kode states that petitioner No.1 - Nathu Piraji Shinde is personally present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of PAN card, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from petitioner No.1, Mr. Kodes seeks leave to withdraw this Petition, unconditionally.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Kode, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Respondent is at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings.
