None appears for the Petitioner. By exercising the power under Sub-section (1) of Section 100 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad Panchayat Samittee Act, 1961 and the Rules framed thereunder, the Zilla Parishad granted approval to the hostel run by the Petitioner Trust. This Petition is filed on 21st December 2015 which is based on an article in a newspaper. The apprehension expressed by the Petitioner is that on the basis of the newspaper report, the recommendation granted by the Zilla

sng wp-1113.16 Parishad to the Writ Petitioner's hostel will be cancelled.

Though the Petition is pending for last one and half years, there is no ad-interim relief granted by this Court. On 16th August 2016, when this Petition was called out, none appeared for the Petitioner. Hence, there is no reason to entertain this Petition. Hence, this Petition is rejected.

However, we make it clear that in the event of recognition granted to the Petitioner's hostel is already cancelled, rejection of this Petition will not prevent the Petitioner from challenging the said order in accordance with law.
