This is an application for bail. Since the Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned advocate for applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is in custody for more than two years and hence trial may be expedited. 2.

In view of the submission, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such. The trial is expedited. The Trial Court shall make an endeavour to complete trial within one year from the receipt of copy of this order. In the event trial is not completed within one year, the applicant will be at liberty to prefer fresh application for bail.
