P.C.:- With consent the Applicant-mother is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,80,000/-, which is deposited towards the arrears of maintenance of the child. The Applicant-mother has undertaken to invest an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in the name of the child and furnish copy of the fixed deposit receipt to the Petitionerhusband. The balance amount of Rs.30,000/- shall be spent on maintenance of the child. Statement is accepted. 2.

In the light of the said statement, the Registry is directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,80,000/-to the Respondent-wife. Megha 1/2
