Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the appointment of the petitioner is already approved pursuant to the order passed by the Education Officer. The Management has now submitted the proposal as per the Government Resolution dated 20.03.2019.

Learned A.G.P. has filed an affidavit dated 8.4.2019 affirmed by Shri Bhaskarrao Babar, Deputy Director of Education, Mumbai.

The proposal which is submitted for payment of salaries is forwarded on 5th April, 2019 for sanction to the Regional Chairman of Maharashtra State SCC and HSC Examination Board, Mumbai.

In this view of the matter, Petition came to be disposed of by directing the Board to decide the proposal within a period of six weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
