The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating officer submitted that during the pendency of the present application police have submitted charge-sheet on 4.1.2018 before the Court of Competent jurisdiction.

In view of the said change in circumstance the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court .

Leave and liberty granted.
