1) The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of an order dated 11/7/2016, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates and has joined the process of investigation. He further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 11/7/2016 is hereby confirmed.
