The Civil Application No. 1164 of 2015 filed by the applicant herein was dismissed in view of non-compliance of the Order dated 9th August, 2016 passed by the Registrar. By this application, the applicant has sought to restore said Application No. 1164 of 2015 in Second Appeal No. 104 of 2001.

In view of the above statement, and in view of the reasons stated in paragraph nos.6 and 7 of the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient grounds, the application is allowed. Civil Application No. 1164 of 2015 is restored to the file. 4.
