Learned APP, on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai submitted that, the Petitioner has been granted bail by the learned Sessions Court at Mumbai by its Order dated 7th April 2022 and in pursuance thereof, Petitioner has been released from Jail on 8th April 2022.

In view thereof, the Petitioner will be at liberty to adopt necessary remedial measures for redressal of his grievance as mentioned in the Petition.

Present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
