The application is filed to extend time granted as per order dated 13th September, 2022. This Court by order dated 13th September, 2022 directed the learned Sessions Court to decide the appeal within Three (3) months from 17th September, 2022. 2.

During the pendency of the present application the parties have amicably resolved their dispute. The parties are present in Court and have filed consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. As per the consent terms, the accused have agreed to repay the amount which are as specified in paragraph No.4.

In that view of the matter, the time to decide Criminal Appeal No.774 of 2019 is extended till 30th April, 2023.

The undertaking in paragraph No.4 to pay an amount of Rs. 35,00,000/- (Thirty Five Lakhs Only) in installments as stated in paragraph No.4 is accepted.
