Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Learned AGP for the State on instructions states that a Revision Application preferred by the Petitioner on 22nd September 2016 (Exhibit 'E' to the Petition) is still pending. 4.

In view of this statement, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order:

(i) We direct the Petitioner or authorized representative of the Petitioner to remain present in the office of Revisional Authority on 24th January 2017 at 3.00 p.m. The Petitioner or the authorized representative of the Petitioner shall produce an authenticated copy of this order as well as a true photocopy of the pending Revision Application in the office of Revisional Authority on that date; (ii) The pending Revision Application shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from 24 January 2017;
