In view of deposit of amount of Rs.1 lakh against the compensation of Rs.4,50,000/-, in my opinion, the applicant-accused who was on bail during the trial and the appeal, is entitled for his release on bail. In view thereof, sentence is suspended and the applicants are admitted to bail on the same terms on which they were released by the trial Court.
