The grievance of the Petitioners is that, the concerned Education Inspector had recommended proposal for submitting the examination forms of various schools similarly placed to that of the Petitioners to the 'Board' taking note of the interest of the students, but Petitioners' similar proposal submitted before Respondent No. 3 has not yet been processed.

Keeping in view the fact that similarly placed schools have been extended the aforesaid benefit and even the Petitioner's institute was also extended the benefit in the last year, we dispose of this Petition by directing Education Inspector - Respondent No. 3 to consider the said proposal and in case he finds that the proposal can be favourably forwarded in the interest of the students, the same be forwarded to Respondent No. 4 'Board' who in turn shall take appropriate decision in that regard, as has been taken in similarly placed institutions.

Let the entire exercise as aforesaid be done by Respondent No. 3 in five days from today and thereafter by Respondent No. 4 in further five days. In case the permission to students as aforesaid is granted the late fees as may be payable shall be payable by the Petitioner.
