Pursuant to the order dated 22.12.2015 passed by this Court, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that yesterday, he has deposited the remaining Rs.7,50,000/- by demand draft. Thus, he has complied with the said order. In view of this, the order granting interim pre-arrest bail on 22.12.2015 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions with a rider that the applicant-accused shall attend the concerned police station as and when called, till filing of the chargesheet. 2.
