P.C.:- Mr. Patil, learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, in Sessions Case No.720 of 2011 along with 681 of 2012, the Petitioner has been convicted under Section 302 of the IPC and is sentence to suffer life imprisonment. That, the Petitioner is now transferred to the Nagpur Central Prison for undergoing sentence.

2) In view of the above, Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
