Dangre, JJ.) in Writ Petition No.9977 of 2018 (Gendabai Chandanmal Karnavat and Anr. vs. Yashwant Keshav @ Kesha Bhil (Ahire) since deceased through legal heirs and Ors.). In the circumstances, by consent we dispose of the Petitions in the following terms :
"In the event any adverse order is passed in the proceedings before the authorities, then, while challenging that order, the Petitioners can revive their challenge to the Act and also raise other challenges as regards caste certificate."
