The petitioner preferred an application for furlough on 12/10/2016. The said application was rejected by order dated 12/1/2017. Being aggrieved thereby the petitioner preferred an appeal. The said appeal was dismissed by order dated 6/5/2017, hence, this petition.

The application of the petitioner for furlough came to be rejected on the ground that he is convicted for the offence of 'kidnapping', hence, in view of the Notification dated 23/2/2012, he would not be eligible to be released on furlough. In this view of the matter, we do not find this is a fit case to interfere, hence, rule is discharged.
