DATE: 11th JANUARY, 2016 P.C.:

1.

Mr.Kansara, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2, Lajrani Yashodanandan Dhingra, the mother, submits that there is a delay due to change of advocate.

2.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.2 opposes the application and submits that an application for speaking to the minutes of order was taken out by the earlier advocate and on the same day, he had submitted that the petitioner is going to file a review petition. However, the review petition was not filed by him but he changed the advocate to meet the delay. Hence, this is a deliberate delay.
