By this civil application the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 65 days in filing the civil application and for setting aside the order dated 11th September, 2015 passed by the Registrar (JudicialII) . Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that all the office objections are already removed. The statement is accepted. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 3.
