Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners on instructions, undertakes to deposit arrears of maintenance as per order impugned dated 22nd June, 2017 within four weeks from today. 2.

Since the statement is made on instructions, the same is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

By consent, the order impugned is modified :

"Each of the Plaintiff will be entitled for maintenance at the rate of Rs.4,000/- per month from 1st January, 2020 i.e. total Rs.12,000/- per month till the decision of the suit.

The trial Court is requested to decide the suit within a period of one year from today.

Parties assures that they shall co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the suit.
