2. At the request of the Advocate for the Applicant and no objection raised by the Respondent's Advocate, I pass the following order to be added as paragraph 2(vi) in the order of 14th June 2023.

"The Family Court Pune is directed to club and try HMP No. 490 of 2020, Custody Petition No. 14 of 2021 and Criminal M.A. No. 492 of 2021 together before the same Presiding Officer. "
